New Project Alert: GAC / H.J. High Team Awarded Construction Management Contract for GCCC's Advanced Technology Center

Thursday December 10, 2009 - The GAC / H.J. High Team has been awarded the Construction Management contract for Gulf Coast Community College's new $24M Advanced Technology Center. GAC will likely commence construction on the four (4) story, 85,500 gsf facility during the fall of 2010. The Project Team has a LEED Gold certification goal and looks forward to breaking ground on this important community project.
