GAC was recently awarded the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Project in Enterprise, Alabama. GAC submitted the most competitive bid amongst seven (7) invited bidders. Gene Simonds (Facilities Manager) was thrilled with GAC's proposal and proposed accelerated schedule. GAC looks forward to completing this project and adding another pleased client to our Alabama portfolio of work.

With the growth of their congregation, Woodlawn United Methodist Church elected to relocate their congregation to property across from Arnold High School. The new facility has seventeen (17) classrooms, a three hundred seventy (370) seat worship center, and a full commercial kitchen. GAC served as the Construction Manager and completed the project 39 days ahead of schedle and under budget.

This existing church had multiple structural deficiencies. There was talk amongst the congregation of demolishing the structure in its entirety. Thanks to GAC's innovative structural solution, the church was kept in tact with renovation and expansion to the original structure.

When the Florida Department of Transportation planned on expanding Highway 77, a portion of the existing sanctuary had to be removed. GAC helped facilitiate this critical process by facilitating the coordination amongst the church, FDOT, and the project architect. The ability of GAC to foster a Team approach to this challenging project enabled each member of the Team to achieve their shared project goals.

Due to rapid growth of their congregation, this church needed a larger sanctuary. Working with a limited budget, GAC was able to build a new sanctuary that would be expanded easily in the future.
