Since joining the GAC Team in 1983 as a laboratory technician, Richard has achieved the status of Professional Engineer and Certified Underground and Excavation Contractor in the state of Florida, plus a Certified General Contractor in Florida, Alabama
and Mississippi. Richard received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
